Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as EFT payments for annual enterprise plans. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR).
What are AI credits?
AI credits are used for premium AI features like document analysis reports and advanced chat queries. Each credit roughly equals one page of analysis or one chat interaction. Unused credits roll over for up to 3 months.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge, while downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access. Enterprise plans also qualify for volume discounts based on the number of users.
